This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of the services provided by DROPP, hereinafter referred to as the "Solution." By accessing or using the Solution, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read this Policy carefully before using the Solution. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Solution.
Users are hereby informed that the following activities are strictly prohibited while using the Solution:
- Disruption of Service: Any behavior likely to interrupt, suspend, slow down, or prevent the continuity of the Solution is strictly prohibited.
- Illicit Content: The integration of illicit content, including but not limited to content that violates intellectual property rights, is prohibited.
- Fraudulent Use: Any use of fraudulent bank cards while using the Solution is prohibited.
- Illegal Activities: Users shall not use the Solution to store, receive, or distribute any information that violates any applicable law, regulation, ordinance, or guideline, or engage in activities that break or violate any applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Forbidden to any obscene or immoral purpose, unlawful acts or solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts, harassement, abuse & violence, bestiality and non-consensual content (e.g. rape, forced, asleep, intoxicated scenarios, etc.)
- Unauthorized Access: Any intrusion or attempt to intrude into DROPP's computer systems is strictly prohibited.
- Overload: Users shall not take any action that is likely to impose a disproportionate load on DROPP's digital infrastructures.
- Security Breaches: Any breach of security and authentication measures is strictly prohibited.
- Harm to DROPP: Users shall not engage in any act that is likely to prejudice DROPP's financial, commercial, or moral rights and interests.
- Unauthorized Copying: Any copying and/or misappropriation of the Solution and/or DROPP's digital infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
- Misuse of Solution: Users shall not engage in any practice that diverts the Solution for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
This Content Policy applies to all content uploaded, sold, shared, promoted, or otherwise made available through DROPP. Users may only use DROPP for lawful digital content and services that comply with this Policy, our Terms, and all applicable laws and regulations.
The following categories of digital content are generally allowed on DROPP, provided they are lawful, accurately described, and comply with this Policy:
- educational content, coaching materials, tutorials, and online training;
- business, marketing, productivity, and professional resources;
- fitness, wellness, and lifestyle content;
- artistic, creative, and entertainment content;
- digital files such as videos, images, PDFs, audio files, templates, guides, and downloadable resources;
- AI-generated content, provided it is clearly disclosed as AI-generated, does not mislead users, and does not infringe any third-party rights;
- legal adult content, provided that all persons depicted are adults aged 18 or older, the content is fully consensual, and the content complies with this Policy and applicable law.
The following content is strictly prohibited on DROPP:
- any illegal content or content that promotes, facilitates, or encourages illegal activity;
- any content involving minors, or any content that depicts, suggests, implies, or sexualizes anyone under the age of 18;
- any non-consensual, exploitative, abusive, coercive, or violent content;
- any sexual content involving force, assault, rape, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, trafficking, exploitation, or abuse;
- prostitution, escort services, sexual services, or any offer involving in-person sexual activity;
- content that promotes or facilitates human trafficking or exploitation;
- hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or defamatory content;
- content promoting self-harm, suicide, or serious violence;
- weapons, illegal drugs, controlled substances, or related paraphernalia;
- fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content, including scams, impersonation, false claims, or deceptive offers;
- stolen, pirated, unauthorized, or infringing content;
- personal data or private information published without consent;
- physical goods or unlawful in-person services sold or arranged through DROPP.
DROPP does not permit content that offers, promotes, sells, or facilitates:
- personalized investment advice;
- investment recommendations or trading signals relating to securities, forex, binary options, cryptocurrencies, or similar financial products;
- trading algorithms sold for investment or trading purposes;
- trading bots, copy-trading systems, or automated tools intended to execute or optimize financial trades;
- promises, guarantees, or misleading claims regarding investment returns, trading profits, or income generation from financial activity.
General business education, entrepreneurship content, and general informational content may be allowed, provided it does not constitute regulated financial advice, financial promotion, or a solicitation to invest.
Users must have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions for the content they upload, promote, or sell through DROPP.
Users must not upload content that:
- includes any person without their explicit consent;
- infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
- misrepresents the nature, source, ownership, or quality of the content;
- uses AI-generated, deepfake, or synthetic media to impersonate a real person without authorization;
- includes adult content featuring any person whose age and consent cannot be verified.
Users are responsible for retaining any records reasonably necessary to demonstrate rights, consent, and legal compliance.
DROPP may review, remove, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any content, account, or activity that violates this Policy or presents legal, regulatory, compliance, reputational, or payment-processing risk.
DROPP may also request additional information or documentation from Users, including proof of identity, age, consent, or ownership rights, and may report unlawful content or activity to competent authorities where required or appropriate.
Users are hereby informed that any illegal content detected by DROPP may be reported to competent authorities, including but not limited to the Federal Bureau of Investigation ("FBI"), the International Criminal Police Organization ("Interpol"), and/or the French "PHAROS" platform.
DROPP strictly controls the transfer and regulation of all content on the platform, enforcing our guidelines without exception. We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, or permanently ban any user who fails to comply with our rules or violates our policies.
Regarding the Files used in connection with the Solution, each User guarantees that they hold all necessary rights and permissions to use the Files and to communicate them through the Solution. In this regard, the User undertakes to indemnify DROPP against any action, claim, demand, or opposition from a third party. Such claims may be based, directly or indirectly, on the violation of any applicable rule in relation to the Files, including but not limited to:
- Personal Rights: Violation of personal rights.
- Personal Data: Violation of personal data rights.
- Intellectual Property: Infringement of intellectual property rights, including database regulations.
- Contractual Rights: Violation of contractual rights related to the Files.
The User agrees to bear the financial burden of addressing any claims made by a third party and any damages or compensation of any kind that should be paid by court decision or settlement. Furthermore, the User guarantees DROPP against any payment in this respect and holds DROPP harmless from any sanctions or convictions.
DROPP reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate actions, including the suspension or termination of user accounts, in response to violations of this Policy.
By using the Solution, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Acceptable Use Policy. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Solution.
DROPP may revise this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect a change in regulatory requirements or our risk appetite by updating this page. Such changes may affect the services we are currently providing you. You are encouraged to review this policy periodically and regularly to avoid any interruption of your services. This policy, as amended, is legally binding on you.
